William C. Daugherty

William C. Daugherty, 55, of Wayne, OH passed away at his home on Sunday, January 18, 2015. He was born on August 1, 1959 in Sandusky, OH, the son of Charles C. Daugherty and Betty (Blymyer) Valle. He was a 1977 graduate of Fremont Ross High School.

William was a Truck Driver at Cimarron Express for thirty years and retired in 2002. He enjoyed race cars, snowmobiling, working on cars, going to baseball games and dining out.

William is survived by his children, Heather (Josh Murray) Daugherty, Wayne, OH, Brandy Daugherty, Oregon, OH, Matthew Daugherty of Kansas, Kevin Daugherty, Perrysburg, OH; mother and step father, Betty and Telesforo Valle, Fremont, OH; siblings, Kathy Filgueiras, Coco, FL, Jeff and Mike Daugherty both of Fremont, OH; grandchildren, Summer and Sheyenne Osborne, Sirenity Rubel and Michael Georgeson.

He was preceded in death by his father, Charles C. Daugherty.

A gathering of family and friends to celebrate William’s life will take place at a

later date.
