Virginia I. Schutzer, 81, of Fremont, OH passed away on Tuesday, August 19, 2014 at Elmwood Healthcare Center at The Springs in Green Springs, OH. She was born on August 18, 1933 in Detroit, MI, the daughter of Emery and Helen (Meese) Metzger.
Virginia married Irwin S. Schutzer on May 25, 1963 and he preceded her in death on March 6, 1985. She was a Homemaker and enjoyed sewing, crocheting, reading, gardening and her pets.
Virginia is survived by her children, Timothy (Jean) Mancour, Las Vegas, NV, Lawrence Mancour, Green Springs, OH, Tina (Ed) Metzger, Deanna Horn both of Fremont, OH, David (Diane) Schutzer, Medina, OH, Molly (David) Priest, Ostrander, OH, Jane (Richard) Krueger, Lindsey, OH, Patty Bickhart, Bellevue, OH; sister, Geraldine Johnston, Pendleton, SC; grandchildren, Matthew, Kenneth and Nichole Mancour, Amanda Garner, Ashley Mancour, Edwin and Angela Metzger, Nathaniel (Alicia) Horn, Jared and Daniel Horn, Leanne Baker, Alyssa and Cory Schutzer, Samantha Priest, Richard, Samuel and Brittany Krueger, Seth and Nicholas Bickhart; twenty great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Irwin S. Schutzer; brothers, Thomas and Donald Metzger.
Private Services will be held for the family.
Burial will take place at Greenlawn Memory Gardens in Clyde, OH.
