Virginia Baker

Virginia Baker, 91, of Green Springs, OH passed away on Tuesday, May 20, 2014 at Elmwood Nursing Home in Green Springs. She was born September 27, 1922 in Defiance, OH to Jessie and Lillian (Wyans) Haynes.

Virginia married Raymond Leone Baker on June 30, 1956. She was a Homemaker and enjoyed gardening, reading, bird watching, walking and visiting with her neighbors.

Virginia is survived by her husband of fifty-seven years, Raymond Leone Baker, Green Springs, OH; children, Jacinta White, Bellevue, OH, Tina (Rick) Meade, Clyde, OH, William (Pam) Baker, Everton, AR; siblings, Pug Lowmaster, Fostoria, OH and Sue Pennelle, Troy, CA; six grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Serena Kay Stanton and sister, Isabelle Marks.

A Graveside Service will be held on Thursday, May 22, 2014, 1:00 p.m. at Green Springs Cemetery with Chaplain Beverly Hart officiating.
