Terry Barnett

Terry Barnett, 54, of Fremont, OH passed away on Wednesday, December 27, 2023.  He was born on September 5, 1968 in Fremont, OH to Rev. Dan and Emma (Lean) Barnett.  Terry was a 1987 graduate of Fremont Ross High School.

Terry was currently working for Fremont Cutting Dies.  He was an artist, a welder and a Jack-of-all-trades.  Terry enjoyed music and raising his chickens, rabbits and goats.

Terry is survived by his children, Terrance Davis, SC, Sierra Barnett, Columbus, OH and Terran Barnett, Nebraska; mother, Emma Barnett; siblings, Danny Barnett, Charmaine Barnett, Jamie (Shelly) Barnett, Lisa Barnett, Ralph Barnett, all of Fremont, OH, Lyda (Walter) Scott, Indianapolis, IN and Jennifer Cousin, Jolliet, IL; three grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his father, Rev. Dan Barnett; daughter, Coya Mason; grandparents, Luther and Lillian Barnett, grandmother, Modessa Magee and several aunts, uncles and cousin.

Visitation will take place on Saturday, January 13, 2024 from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. at First United Church of Christ, 1500 Tiffin Rd., Fremont, OH.

Services will follow at 12:00 p.m. at the church.

Memorials can be made in his honor to his children.
