Tammy Sue Baer

Tammy Sue Baer, 55, of Fremont, OH passed away on Sunday, August 21, 2016 at ProMedica Memorial Hospital. She was born September 22, 1960 in Findlay, OH to Forrest David Baer and Virginia (Varnell) Drake. She graduated from J. Shore.

Tammy worked at Sandco Industries and participated in activities at the MACC Center. She loved to listen to country music, put together puzzles, shopping, eating candy and her pet guinea pig, Mae.

Tammy is survived by special people, Wynn-Reeth Staff; caregiver – Jennifer Dewalt; guardian – Kimberly Orwig; good friends from Chud’s – Sue and Renee and caseworker – Heather Reese.

A special “Thank You” to the Doctors in the ICU and the Hospice Nurses at ProMedica Memorial Hospital and the Ohioans Nurses that cared for her.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Visitation: Saturday, August 27, 2016, from 10:00 am until Noon at Wonderly Horvath Hanes Funeral Home and Crematory, 425 E. State St, Fremont, OH.

Services will begin at Noon at the funeral home with Celebrant Maureen Pump officiating.
