Sharlene E. Wheeler Edwards

Sharlene Wheeler Edwards, 59, of Fremont, OH passed away at her home, surrounded by her family, on Saturday, October 16, 2021.  She was born July 3, 1962 in Hessville, OH, the daughter of Berton J. and Imogene Audrey (Foreman) Wheeler.  She was a graduate of Vanguard/Fremont Ross High School and received an associate degree in biology from Terra Community College.

Sharlene married Michael Edwards and they have been together for over thirty years.  She was a member of New Apostolic Church in Fremont and enjoyed crafts, gardening, traveling, fishing and taking care of animals.  Sharlene was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.

Sharlene is survived by her husband, Michael Edwards; sons, Steven (Kaitlyn) Hoy and Michael (Celina Loose) Edwards II, all of Fremont, OH;  sisters, Marlene (Larry) Dickey, Lindsey, OH and Darlene (Rick) Overmyer, Fremont, OH; grandchildren, Sabrina Daniels and Rowan Michael Edwards; several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Paul Wheeler.

A Celebration of Life will take place at a later date.
