Ronald Eugene Growel

Ronald Eugene Growel, 61, formerly of Fremont, OH passed away on March 12, 2013 in San Diego, CA. He was born on April 15, 1951 in Fremont, the son of H. Lee and Patricia (Ferguson) Growel. He was a 1969 graduate of Fremont Ross High School.

Ron loved his family, the outdoors and motorcycles. His smile, sense of humor, personality and Christianity were what made him such a special person.

Ron is survived by his children, Micheal (Nikki Jones) Growel of North Carolina, Michelle (Brian) Rhineberger of Medina, OH, Ronda Zeoli of Ohio; step mother, Phyllis (Danford) Growel of Fremont, OH; siblings, Julie (David) Ramga of Florida, Connie (Charles) Nartker of North Carolina, Terri (Dan Kaiser) Growel and David (Jacqueline Reardon) Growel both of Fremont, OH; seven grandchildren and eight nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father and mother; grandparents, Chester and Ruth Ferguson, Carl and Mabel Growel; grandson, John (Green) Growel.

A Celebration of Life Service was held at Foothills Christian Church on Thursday, March 14, 2013 in San Diego, CA.
