Patricia Anne Sours

Patricia Anne Sours, 89 of Marion, OH and formerly of Green Springs, OH passed away on April 30, 2017 at Kingston Assisted Living in Marion, OH. She was born on August 27, 1927 in Toledo, OH to Benjamin H. and Florence E. (Emig) Whiteman. She was a 1945 graduate of Green Springs High School.

Patricia married Edward J. Sours in Greenup, KY in 1947 and he preceded her in death in 1993. She along with her husband owned Eddie’s Bar in Green Springs for 35 years until she retired in 1987. She had also previously worked at Wright Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, OH.

Patricia is survived by his son, Gary (Sue) Edward; grandchildren, Amy (Bryan) Decker, Heidi (Jason) Mitchell, Sarah Myers and Amanda (Marvin) Hill all of Marion, OH and ten great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents and Husband, Edward Sours.

Upon Patricia’s wishes private service were held.

Burial took place at Green Springs Cemetery.
