Nancy Jane Winklea
Nancy Jane Winklea, 76, of Fremont, OH passed away on May 1, 2018 at St. Vincent Medical Center in Toledo, OH. She was born on September 30, 1941 in Fremont, OH the daughter of Robert and Loyola (Babione) Ritzman.
Nancy married Sheldon “Wink” Winklea on June 13, 1959 in Fremont, OH and he survives. She was a homemaker and provided home healthcare. Nancy enjoyed sewing, knitting, cooking and baking. She entered her pies in the Fair for many years until she won the Grand Champion for her raspberry pie. She loved animals and her dogs. Nancy true love was spending time with her family especial her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Nancy is survived by her husband of fifty-eight years, Sheldon “Wink” Winklea, Fremont; children, Bob (Melissa) Winklea, Fremont and Loria (Steve) Robbins, Putnam, Ontario; grandchildren, Robby, Christa, Jessica Winklea and Theodore, and Thaddeus Zweifel and Liz (Cody) Green; great-grandchildren, Mercedes Lopez, Amyra and Alayga Vann, Chase Milton, Marianna Nash, Nevaeh Winklea, Lilly, Zane, Bella and Zade Zweifel, EliAnna, Cody Jr and Eva Green; siblings, Sandra (Glen) Watson, Roberta (Gerald) Lenz, both of Fremont, OH, Ronald Ritzman, Green Springs, OH, James (Marsha) Ritzman of Lima, LaDonna “Bev” (Dennis) Michael, Richard (Wendy) Ritzman both of Fremont, OH.
She is preceded in death by her parents; son, Marshal Todd Winklea and sister, Suzette Pfefferle; great grandson, Hunter Lopez.
Nancy’s wishes were to have no services at this time.
