Michelle M. Karlovetz

Michelle M. Karlovetz, 71, of Fremont, OH passed away on Thursday, December 31, 2020 at Elmwood in Fremont.  She was born on May 2, 1949 in Fremont, OH to Donald and Hazel (Emery) Karlovetz.   Michelle worked at Buckeye Mart right out of high school until they closed in 1994 and she went on to being a caretaker of great nieces, nephews and for other families.  Michelle was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and enjoyed traveling with her nieces and nephew to many places, such as, North Carolina, Tennessee and Hawaii to name a few.   Michelle is survived by her nephew, Brian Karlovetz; nieces, Dana Miller, Laurie Heck, all of Fremont, OH and Kristine Karlovetz, of Indiana; along with the light of her life, many great nieces and nephews and brother, Robert Karlovetz.

It was Michelle’s wishes to have all services private for the family.

Burial will take place at St. Joseph Cemetery.

Memorials can be made in Michelle’s honor to the Humane Society of Ottawa County, 2424 E Sand Rd, Port Clinton, OH 43452.

Arrangements were entrusted with Wonderly Hovath Hanes Funeral Home and Crematory, 425 E. State St, Fremont, OH.
