Michele A. Swartz

Michele A. Swartz, 58, of Fremont, OH passed away on July 11, 2023 at ProMedica Toledo Hospital surrounded by her loving family.  She was born on December 7, 1964 in Fremont, OH the daughter of Gerald “Gus” and Elizabeth “Betty” (Wolf) Swartz.  Michele was a 1983 graduate of St. Joseph Central High School.  Michele loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She also enjoyed thrifting, reading and watching movies.

Michele is survived by her children, Cody (Hayley) Amor, Gibsonburg, OH, Karlie (Cory) Birtcher, Plain City, OH and Chloe (Steven) Horak, Louisville, KY; grandchildren, Cyler, Ava, Elizabeth, Logan, Olivia, Maverick and Raegan; siblings, Jim (Nancy) Swartz, Fremont, Jackie (Rich) Vukovcan, Ambridge, PA, David Swartz, Toledo, Lee Swartz, Fremont, Madelyn (Rick) Koebel, Colorado Springs, CO and Sally Swartz, Longmeadow, MA.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Private services will be held for the immediate family.
