Michael W. Bockbrader, Jr.

Michael W. Bockbrader, Jr, 45, of Gibsonburg, OH suddenly left his family on July 14, 2024 at St Vincent Medical Center in Toledo, OH. He was born on January 24, 1979 in Fremont, OH the son of Michael Bockbrader, Sr and Elvia “Abby” (Rodriguez) Bockbrader. He was a 1997 graduate of Fremont Ross High School and attended ITT Technical Institute in Columbus, OH.

Mikey married BeLinda (Williams) Bragg on August 29, 2008 and she survives. He was currently employed at INOAC as a paint mixer sprayer for the past twenty-five years. Mikey enjoyed video games, building computers and shooting pool. He had a wonderful sense of humor and enjoyed joking around. Mikey had the ability to keep the peace and was the protector for many. He was also a member of Church on 53. Mikey’s true love was spending time with his family.

Mikey is survived by his wife, BeLinda Bockbrader, Gibsonburg; sons, Brian Scott (Bri) Bragg, Fostoria, Shayn Bragg, Fremont and Shawn (Kathy Karshuk) Bragg, Perkins Township; father and step-mother, Michael and Dawn Bockbrader, Sr., Martin, OH; mother, Elvia “Abby” Bockbrader, Green Springs; brother, Elijah Bockbrader, Fremont; sister, Amanda Squires, Woodville; grandchildren, Bailey, Greyson and Alaina Bragg; dearest cousin, Krystal (Drake) Burkett, who was more like a sister. Bellevue and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

He is preceded in death by his grandson, Corbin Bragg.

A celebration of life will take place on Saturday, August 10, 2024 at Noon at the Church on 53, 1105 County Road 41, Fremont, OH 43420. The family will greet friends an hour prior to the service at the church.
