Marlene Jo Engeman

Marlene Jo Engeman, 81, of Green Springs, OH passed away on Tuesday, April 26, 2016 at Elmwood Nursing Home in Green Springs. She was born on January 3, 1935 in Fremont, OH, the daughter of Carl and Reynor (Perin) Miller. She was a 1953 graduate of Green Springs High School.

Marlene married Donald G. Engeman on June 21, 1958 in Republic, OH and he preceded her in death on March 19, 2015. She was a Homemaker and enjoyed bowling, camping, crafts and reading. She also enjoyed spending time with her family.

Marlene is survived by her children, David (Rita) Engeman, Fremont, OH, John “Jack” Engeman, Brenda Engeman and Matthew Engeman, all of Green Springs, OH; grandchildren, Christine (Ean) Pokryfky, Elizabeth and Sarah Engeman; great grandson, John Patrick Pokryfky.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband of fifty-six years, Donald G. Engeman and brother, Bruce Miller.

Visitation: Sunday, May 1, 2016 from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm at Horvath Hanes Funeral Home and Crematory, 211 N. Broadway St., Green Springs, OH.

Service: Sunday, May 1, 2016, 1:00 pm at the funeral home with Deacon Norb Wethington officiating.
