Mark Allen Pollard

Mark Allen Pollard, 61, of Fremont OH, passed away at his home on October 17, 2022, surrounded by his loving family.  He was born on March 16, 1961 to Milford and Georgia (Welch) Pollard in Port Clinton, OH.  Mark married Paula King on August 19, 1989 in Port Clinton and she survives.  Mark was currently employed at Avery Dennison in Oak Harbor, OH.  He enjoyed working on cars, fishing and yardwork.  He especially loved his dog, Koko.

Mark is survived by his wife; Paula Pollard, Fremont, OH, children, James (Stephanie) King of Georgia, Christal (Jason) Johnson, Benton, LA, Jason (Bobbie Gibson) Pollard and Christina (Jesse) Arriaga, both of Fremont, grandchildren; Christopher, Adam, Gregory, Tyler, Kaitlyn, Austin, Cierra, Camden, Makena, and Aurelio, great-grandchildren; Taylor and Joselle; siblings, Joann Pollard, Clyde OH, Vicky Caldwell of Tennessee and BillieJo (Ron) Crawford, Port Clinton.

Mark was preceded in death by his parents; siblings, James “Walt” Pollard, Orland “Butch” Pollard, Milford “Jr.” Pollard Jr., Penelope “Penny” Pollard, and Linda Dugan.

Visitation: Thursday, October 20, 2022, from 2-4 pm and 5-7 pm at Wonderly Horvath Hanes Funeral Home and Crematory, 425 E. State St, Fremont, OH, with services to follow at 7 pm at the funeral home.  A celebration of life will take place at the Port Clinton VFW, 214 Madison St., Port Clinton, OH on Friday, October 21, 2022, from 1 to 6 pm.
