Mark A. Wyss

Mark A. Wyss, 65, of Fremont, OH passed away on Monday, August 30, 2021 at ProMedica Memorial Hospital.  He was born on August 12, 1956 in Port Clinton, OH to William “Butch” H. and Earllene D. (McCumber) Wyss.  Mark married Diane Desrosiers on October 14, 1977 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church.  He worked at Whirlpool Corporation for sixteen years.  He was currently working at Penske in the warehouse and maintenance department for the past ten years and planned to retire.

Mark was a member of the Fremont Moose and Eagles.  He loved the Cleveland Browns, riding his motorcycle, golfing and tinkering with his truck.  Mark was a loving father, husband and a loving son.  He was a good friend to many and will be greatly missed.

Mark is survived by his wife of forty-four years, Diane Wyss; son, Kevin Wyss both of Fremont, OH, daughter, Jennie (Jeremy) Liebelt, Parker, CO; grandchildren, Harper and Graeme Liebelt; brother, Jeff Wyss, Fremont, OH.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Bill Wyss.

A Graveside Service will be held on Tuesday, September 7, 2021, 1:00 pm at St. Joseph Cemetery, Fremont, OH.

Memorials can be made to the donor’s choice.
