Marjorie M. Tuckerman

Marjorie M. Tuckerman, 94, of Fremont, OH passed away on Saturday, January 27, 2024 at Bellevue Hospital.  She was born on January 24, 1930 in Fremont, OH to Nona Raths. 

Marjorie married William Tuckerman in 1949 and he preceded her in death on June 5, 2010.  She worked for Union Carbide for many years and then went on to own and operate Marj’s Poodle Shop. She and Bill raised and bred Pinto Horses for many years. Marjorie enjoyed volunteering at Share & Care, raising dogs, painting, quilting and being around various animals.  

Marjorie is survived by her children, Rebecca Held (Joe LeJeune), Billie (Mark) Weiser, Jeff Tuckerman, all of Fremont, OH; grandchildren, Cy (Jennifer) Held, Quinn (Kelli) Held, Abby (Gregg) Aldrich, Jody Guhn (Juli Talbot), Doug (Amber) Cunningham and Kyle (Bailey) Cunningham; great grandchildren, Alec and Kadan Slemmer, Pierce Held and MacKenzie Riddle-Cunningham; step great grandchildren, Payton and Dane Aldrich.

She is preceded in death by her mother, husband; sister, Alice Heal and son-in-law, Kirk Held.

A Burial will take place at a later date at Roose Cemetery in Oak Harbor, OH.
