Marilyn “Lynn” J. Moore

Marilyn “Lynn” J. Moore, 85, of Fremont, passed away on Friday, July 2, 2021 surround by her family. She was born on October 14, 1935 in Pittsburgh, PA to John and Catherine (McDowell) Jeffery. Lynn married John “Jack” Moore on May 4, 1957 at St. Bede Catholic Church in Pittsburgh, PA and he survives. She owned and operated Turk’s Dairy Plaza. Lynn also managed McDonald’s in Fremont for ten years and bartended at Log Cabin, Ramada Inn and the Fremont Yacht Club. She enjoyed bingo, shuffleboard and spending time with her family.

Lynn is survived by her husband of sixty-four years, Jack Moore, Fremont, OH; children, Robert Moore of North Carolina, Cathy Tucker, Michael Moore, Mary (Dennis) Kramer and James Moore, all of Fremont, OH; grandchildren, Steve, Scott and Sara Tucker, Jamie Hadji, Geri Moore, Keith and April Kramer, Michael and Brandon Moore; great grandchildren, Levi Vallier, Joey Tucker, Gabe Moore, Delanie Moore and Phillip Hadji.

She was preceded in death by her parents and son-in-law, Bill Tucker.

Memorials can be made in Lynn’s honor to the Salvation Army.

It was her wishes to not have any services.
