Maria M. Carrion

Maria M. Carrion, 65, of Fremont, OH passed away on September 30, 2017 at Memorial Hospital ER surrounded by her family. She was born on June 16, 1953 in Juncos, Puerto Rico to Angel Carrion and Margarita De Leon.

Maria enjoyed spending time with her family, sewing, cooking and gardening.

Maria is survived by her children, Eliezer Falcon of Maryland, Ruth Enid Falcon of Florida and Koralys Grimes, Fremont; grandchildren, Eliezer Falcon Jr., Elianna Falcon, Jeriel and Fernando Matos, Miguel Otero, Isaiah Ortiz, Isaac Moulder, Hope and Matthew Moorfoot and K’Den Grimes; great grandchildren, Lorenzo Ortiz and Carter Yeager; siblings, Sol Iris Opio, Elizabeth Carrion and Miguel Opio.

She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Danny Opio.

Visitation: Wednesday, October 4, 2017 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. with a service to follow at 1:00 p.m. at Wonderly Horvath Hanes Funeral Home, 425 E State St., Fremont, OH.

Burial: Oakwood Cemetery, Fremont, OH.
