Lucretia “Pat” (Luc) Klisz, 92, of Fremont, OH passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 19, 2018 at Valley View Health Campus. She was born September 2, 1925 in Fremont, the daughter of Joseph and Mary (Celek) Luc. She was a 1943 graduate of Fremont Ross High School.
Pat married John S. Klisz on November 29, 1947 at St. Casimir Catholic Church in Fremont and he preceded her in death on April 4, 2008. Pat was a secretary at Nationwide Insurance for twenty-one years. She had also worked at Bendix-Herbrand and Erie Ordnance Depot.
Pat was a former member of St. Casimir Catholic Church and a life member of VFW Ladies Auxiliary. She was also a member of the Women of the Moose, the American Legion and Eagles Ladies Auxiliaries. Pat enjoyed bowling, card playing and dancing.
Pat is survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, John S. Klisz; siblings, John, Chester and Theodore “Pete” Luc and Lillian (Luc) Kupka.

Visitation: Sunday from 2 to 6 p.m. at Wonderly Horvath Hanes Funeral Home and Crematory, 425 E State St., Fremont, OH with a vigil at 5:30 p.m.
Mass of Christian Burial: Monday, April 23, 2018; 10:00 a.m. at St. Ann Catholic Church, 1021 West State St., Fremont, OH, with Fr. Nathan Bockrath officiating.
Burial: St. Joseph Cemetery
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital, St. Ann Catholic Church or to Donor’s Choice.
