Kaitlin Juanita Baker

Kaitlin Juanita Baker, 28, of Fremont, OH passed away on Saturday, January 15, 2022 at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center in Toledo.  She was born November 15, 1993 in Fremont, the daughter of Michael K. and Janet F. (Pannell) Baker.   Kaitlin was a member of the Church of Christ in Fremont.  She loved to shop online and was very generous to her nieces and nephews.  She loved to spend time with her family, especially her son and nieces and nephews.

Kaitlin is survived by her parents, Michael K. and Janet F. Baker, Fremont, OH; son, Jordan M. Chapman, Fremont, OH; siblings, Michael (Angie) Baker, Angela (Eric) Hughes, Branden Baker and Matthew Baker.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Brittany N. Baker.

Visitation:  Friday, January 21, 2022, from 1:00 – 3:00 pm at Wonderly Horvath Hanes Funeral Home and Crematory, 425 E. State St, Fremont, OH

Services will follow at 3:00 pm at the funeral home.
