Juliet A. Walker, 63, of Fremont, OH passed away on Monday, January 3, 2022 at Bellevue Hospital. She was born August 29, 1958 in Fremont, OH, the daughter of Edward James and Mary Louise (Lindsey) Walker. She was a 1976 graduate of Fremont Ross High School. Julie was a nurse’s aide for Shawnee Manor in Lima, OH and Regency Manor in Columbus, OH. She also operated an Ice Cream Truck.
Julie was a member of Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church. She loved thrift store shopping, reading the Bible, going to church and singing in the choir. Julie also enjoyed fishing, western movies and people. She loved her dog, Bruno.
Julie is survived by her children, Jessica Walker, Columbus, OH, Brian Newell, Lima, OH and Kenya Newell, Dayton, OH; siblings, Mary Scott, Columbus, OH, Deborah Walker, Fremont, OH; eleven grandchildren; one great grandchild and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward James and Mary Louise (Lindsey) Walker; siblings, Idella Webster, Charles, James, Samuel and Floyd Walker.
Services: Tuesday, January 11, 2022; 12:00 noon at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church, 927 Stilwell Ave, Fremont, with one hour of visitation at church prior to the service.
Burial: Greenlawn Memory Gardens, Clyde, OH
