Joyce L. Walls

Joyce L. Walls, 77, of Lindsey, OH passed away on Friday, September 02, 2022 at ProMedica Toledo Hospital.  She was born September 10, 1944 in Toledo, OH, the daughter of Theodore J. and Mildred “Millie” G. (Binkley) Hammer.  She was a 1962 graduate of Fremont Ross High School.  Joyce married Roy Walls on June 21, 1965 in Monroe, MI and he survives.  She was currently working as a Supervisor at BAP Manufacturing in Fremont for the past thirty-two years.  Joyce was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church and a member of the “We R Mother’s Club”.  She enjoyed playing on her phone.

Joyce loved spending time with her family and her fur baby, Gage.  She was a good wife and a hard worker.

Joyce is survived by her husband of fifty-seven years, Roy Walls, Lindsey, OH; sister, Jenney (Charles) Hetrick-Baxter, Fremont, OH; nieces and nephews, Justin (Heather) Hetrick and Laura Hetrick, Roy (Joy) Finley, Randy (Amy) Atkins, Kevin Till, Michael (Laura) Till, Lori (Mark) Berry; great nephew, Hudson James Hetrick.

She is preceded in death by her parents; sisters-in-law, Leona Till and Wendy Lance; nephew, Brian Till.

Visitation:  Tuesday, from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Wonderly Horvath Hanes Funeral Home and Crematory, 425 E. State St, Fremont, OH.

Services:  Wednesday, September 7, 2022, 11:00 am at the funeral home with a visitation from 10:30 am to 11:00 am.  Certified Funeral Celebrant, Susann Robitski Zimmerman will be officiating.

Burial:  Lindsey Cemetery

Memorials can be made to the Humane Society of Sandusky County.
