Jose Angel Popoca

Jose “Angel” Popoca, 64, of Fremont, OH passed away on Thursday, March 27, 2014 at Magruder Hospital in Port Clinton, OH. He wad born May 2, 1949 in Durango, Mexico, the son of Gonzalo V. and Maria (Lozano) Popoca. He was a High School graduate and served in the Mexican Army for three years.
