Jean Marie Van Den Arend, 78, of Fremont, OH passed away on Sunday, June 27, 2021 at Bethesda Care Center. She was born on June 11, 1943 in Fremont to John M. and Lois R. (Hunt) Branski Sr. She was a 1961 graduate of St. Joseph High School.
Jean married Hood Van Den Arend on October 20, 1974 in Maryland and he preceded her in death. She worked for Office Interiors and then was a cook for the American Legion where she retired.
Jean is survived by her stepchildren, David, Richard and Deborah; siblings, Martha L. Farmer, Toledo, OH, and John M. Branski Jr, Green Springs, OH.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband and sister, Ruth Ann Hansen.
Private burial will take place at St. Joseph Cemetery, Fremont, OH.
