Jarvis L. Jones, 34, of Cleveland, OH passed away on Wednesday, August 7, 2019 at the Cleveland Clinic. He was born January 11, 1985 in Fremont, OH to Rickey Vann, Sr. and Patricia (Thomas) Jones. He loved cutting hair, cooking and music.
Jarvis is survived by his brother, Rickey (Aleshia Good) Vann, Jr., Fremont, OH; father, Rickey Vann, Sr., Helena, AR; special brothers and sisters, Derek Ferguson, Tatiana Davis, Gauge Ferguson, DeShawn Newsome, Daisey Newsome, Alfonzo Vann, Jr., Anthony Vann, Jr.; Godson, TayShawn Rice; special mom, Tina Ferguson; uncles and aunts, Joe (Thinethia) Thomas, Willie Jones, Jeffrey Thomas, Mike Thomas, Pastor Alfonzo (Tammy) Vann, Mary (Willie Brown) Alridge, Catherine (John) Jones; grandfather, Joe (Lent) Jones; niece and nephews, Devin Walker, Amyra Vann, Alayja Vann; a host of cousins and extended family in Arkansas.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Patricia Jones; grandmother, Shirley Thomas; aunt, Deborah Thomas.
Visitation: Saturday, August 17, 2019 from 1 to 2 p.m. with a funeral ceremony beginning at 2:00 p.m. at Wonderly Horvath Hanes Funeral Home and Crematory, 425 E State St., Fremont, OH.
