James “Bo” Lee Jones
James “Bo” Lee Jones, 73, of Tiffin St, Fremont, OH passed away on Friday, May 31, 2013 at Parkview Care Center in Fremont. He was born on December 2, 1939 in Lambert, MS, the son of Charlie and Ruthie May (Hollins) Jones.
Bo worked at Fremont Foundry and then at Martin Marietta as a Truck Driver, retiring in 2002. He enjoyed gardening and fixing lawn mowers. He loved the outdoors and fishing.
Bo is survived by his children, Hossie, Charlie, Kevin, Ronnie and Willie Jones, all of Racine, WI, James Liggins, Lima, OH, Cynthia Jones, Toledo, OH, Keith Nettles, Evangeline Nickson, Indianapolis, IN; longtime companion, Evelyn Liggins, Fremont, OH; siblings, Australia Jones, Lambert, MS, Tony Jones, Las Vegas, NV, George Jones, Martha Morris and Anna Campbell, all of Chicago, IL, Ruthie Barnes, Riverside, CA; Goddaughters, Diane Peters and Stephanie Lindsay; a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; daughters, Lillie Mae Jones and Ruthie May Jones; brothers, Sammie, Charles and Charlie Jones; sister, Mary Liggins.
Visitation: Saturday from 10:00 am until Noon at Wonderly Horvath Hanes Funeral Home and Crematory, 425 E. State St, Fremont, OH
Service: Saturday, June 8, 2013, at Noon at the funeral home with Pastor Dan Barnett officiating.
