Jacobo S. Rocha

Jacobo S. Rocha, 35, of Fremont, OH passed away on December 7, 2021 at Countryside Manor in Fremont.  He was born on July 28, 1986 in Fremont, OH the son of Joseph Rocha and Karen Campbell.  Jacob enjoyed basketball, golf, traveling, music and spending time with his family and friends who he could always bring laughter to.  He is survived by his mom, Karen Campbell, Fremont; sisters, Melanie and Alenah Rocha both of Fremont; nieces and nephews, Aaron, Abryis, Azriel and Lyriq; best friends, Kodi Johnson, Ted Holt, Cenon Morrisette, Mark Wagner and Nik Desrosiers.

He is preceded in death by his father, Joseph Rocha; his brother, Joseph Rocha and best friend, Derek Ferguson.
