Homer Junior Knipp, 70, of Fremont, OH passed away at his home on Monday, June 2, 2014. He was born June 10, 1943 in Lyburn, WV, the son of Homer and Delcie (Frye) Knipp.
Homer served in the U.S. Army from 1962 to 1964. He worked as a Roofer for L.C. Deemers. Homer enjoyed camping, fishing and spending time with his grandchildren.
Homer is survived by his children, Bobbi (Jason) Hull, Fremont, OH, Brian Knipp, Clyde, OH, Adam Knipp, Fremont, OH, Michael Knipp, Man, WV, Sherry (Mark) Flannery, Chesapeake, OH; siblings, Rosie Alcala and Joann Pitts both of Clearwater, FL, Brenda (Earl) Williams, Danville, WV, Sarah (Rick) Hewlett, Macon, GA, Victoria Martin, Elkview, WV, Jerry (Sherry) Knipp, Inverness, FL, Thomas (Eloise) Knipp, Virgil (Arlene) Knipp, London, KY; twelve grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, James Raymond Knipp, Harold Knipp and Donald Frye.
Homer’s wishes were to have no services.
