Heather Marie Trautsch, 38 of Fremont, OH passed away Monday, September 19, 2016 at her home. She was born on January 23, 1978 in Toledo, OH to Raymond and Shirley (Dayton) Osborne. Heather enjoyed puzzle books, baking and doing crafts.
Heather is survived by her parents; children, Malana, Daisy and Summer Trautsch; brother, Brian Osborne.
She was preceded in death by her son, Bric Trautsch; daughter, Autumn Halm; grandparents, Jay and Nancy Dayton.
Visitation: Friday from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Wonderly Horvath Hanes Funeral Home and Crematory, 425 E. State St., Fremont, OH.
Service: Friday, September 30, 2016, 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
