Gloria Jean (Morgan) Balduf, 70, died at her home surrounded by family on July 20, 2022. She was born March 7, 1952 to Marilyn Jean (Johns) and Richard Blair “Dick” Morgan in Fremont, OH.
Gloria graduated from Fremont Ross High School Class of 1970. She grew up with an appreciation for nature, understanding the value of hard work, and the love of family. She was an avid animal lover -especially her dogs, horses, and children. She spent her life training and taking care of animals – her pride and joy being her four children “Rob”, “Rich”, “Marilyn”, and “Gary”, her horses “Rex” and “Comet” with which she won many shows, and her dogs “Kyra” and “Kholie” with whom she competed in AKC events.
Throughout her career, she worked many service and retail positions which prepared her for owning her own pet grooming business from which she retired after nearly 30 years in the business. Gloria touched many lives and was always eager to serve behind the scenes. She enjoyed being around water, swimming, fishing, reading, and playing cards and board games with family.
She is survived by her children, Robert J. “Rob” (Sarah) Rakay III, Richard B. “Rich” (Mallory) Rakay, Marilyn (Estep) McDaniels and Gary Estep; her grandchildren, Jacob, Morgan, and Zachary McDaniels, Cora and Abigail Rakay, Tristan, Hayden, and Carter Estep; her brother, Steven T.
