Gary E. Knott
Gary E. Knott, 70, of Fremont, OH passed away on Wednesday, January 4, 2017 at Bridge Hospice Care Center in Bowling Green, OH. He was born June 2, 1946 in Fremont to Erwin and Alvina (Gurtizweiler) Knott. He was a 1966 graduate of Fremont Ross High School.
Gary worked at Miller Pontiac. He then worked at Carbo Forge as a Machine Operator until he retired in 2009. Gary loved his dogs, Rolo, Yukon and Achilles.
Gary is survived by his sons, Garrett and Ethan (Cassie) Knott; grandchildren, Aubreonna J.R. Knott, William D. Gorney, all of Fremont, OH; siblings, Craig Knott, Green Springs, OH, Lavon Knott, Tiffin, OH and Diane Knott, Port Clinton, OH.
He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Della Knott,Marlene Goering and infant brother, Gerald Knott.
Graveside services will take place on January 19, 2017; 11:00 a.m. at St. Joseph Cemetery, Fremont, OH.
