Garland “Harry” Teel

Garland “Harry” Teel, 74, formerly of Genoa, OH passed away on Tuesday, September 9, 2014 at his daughter’s home surrounded by his family. He was born September 8, 1940 in Huntington, WV, the son of Forrest and Edna (Beckner) Teel.

Harry served in the U.S. Marine Corps. He was a General Foreman and member of Boiler Maker Local 85 in Rossford for forty years and retired in 1996. Harry enjoyed spending time with his family, golfing, fishing, racing, he owned his own race team, scenic drives and watching his children play sports.

Harry is survived by Callie “Billie” Teel, Fremont, OH; children, Paula (Tom) Adams, Gibsonburg, OH, Eric (Sue) Teel, Toledo, OH, Aaron (Tracy) Teel, Norwalk, OH, Garla Morringelli (Cliff McDonald) and Rebekah Teel both of Fremont, OH, Melissa Rhoades, Peoria, IL; siblings, Franny Pagona, John Teel both of Toledo, OH, Heather Meadows, Mary Caughorn and Eddie Jo Barranca all of Deland, FL, Forrest Teel of Massachusetts; fourteen grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; siblings, Lillian Teel and Donna Davis.
