Ezekiel “Zeke” J. Wade
Ezekiel “Zeke” J. Wade, 11 months, of Fremont, OH passed away on April 16, 2021 at ProMedica Memorial Hospital. He was born on May 12, 2020 to Joshua Wade and Mariah Girand in Bellevue, OH. Ezekiel is survived by his parents; siblings, Aliyah Wade, Chance Henry, Aryanna Wade, Amayah Wade, Ja Twan Garza and Jaceion Wade; grandparents, Debbie Wade, Cori and Ben Eishen and Bryan Girand. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, great grandparents, great-great grandmother and great aunts and uncles.
He will live on through his family and through the Gift of Life Donor program.
Private services will be held now with a Celebration of Life to follow at a later date.
