Donald Lee Logan, 74, of Fremont, OH passed away on January 15, 2020 at Martin Memorial Medical Center in Stuart, FL. He was born on August 25, 1945 in Fremont, OH to Chester and Florence (Brinninger) Logan.
Don married Belinda Jones on August 24, 1999 in Fremont, OH and she survives. He worked at Whirlpool for over forty-two years and retired as a small tool repairman in 2005. Don is a member of the Fremont Eagles and Moose, a past President, past Vice President and currently a Trustee for the Fremont Ross Athletic Booster Club, volunteered for the Sandusky Township Fire Department/EMT for ten years and coached city league baseball. He enjoyed watching baseball, was a DIEHARD Tigers and Michigan fan. Don loved being a snowbird for the last several years in Florida during the winter months but the true love of his life was spending time with his family and supporting them in their activities.
Don is survived by his wife of twenty years, Belinda Logan, Fremont, OH; sons, Scott (Debra) Logan, Troy (Gloria) Logan, both of Fremont, OH, Rodney (Suzanne) Logan, Mishawaka, IN, Brett (Jody) Logan, Tiffin, OH; step children, Jonathan (Kristen) Ramirez, Granville, OH, Jamie (Angel) Ramirez, Grove City, OH, Ashley (James) Kramer, Green Springs, OH; grandchildren, Dustin “DJ”, Shawn, Clarissa, Victoria, Madeline, Nicholas, Grace, Rachel, Derek, Kaylee, Diego, Dominic, Jamie Jr, Joshua, Jacob, JeCori; great grandchildren, Lanaé, Kaiden, Kendall and Peyton.
He is preceded in death by his parents and Pamela Logan.
Visitation: Thursday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. at Wonderly Horvath Hanes Funeral Home and Crematory, 425 E. State St, Fremont, OH 43420.
Service: Friday, January 24, 2020 beginning at Noon at the funeral home with Pastor Scott Kirsch officiating.
Burial: Oakwood Cemetery
