Dennis Franklin Loudin, Jr., 77, of Fremont, OH passed away on Wednesday, June 22, 2022 at Bethesda Care Center. He was born on July 6, 1944 in Clarksburg, WV, the son of Dennis Franklin and Maxine Virginia (Westfall) Loudin, Sr. He was a graduate of Newton Falls High School. Dennis served in the US Army during the Vietnam War from June 22, 1962 to June 30, 1965 and was awarded the AFEM (Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal-Vietnam); Expert Rifle M-14 and Marksman Rifle M-1.
Dennis was a bus driver for Grey Hound. He was also a transporter for Emeritus Health Care. Dennis enjoyed flying model airplanes, video and card games. He also enjoyed the banjo, guitar and listening to music. Dennis was a very caring person and enjoyed making people laugh.
Dennis is survived by his significant other of forty years, Pamela Roth, Fremont, OH; children, Kirk Loudin, Sarasota, FL Kim Riggle, North Port, FL and Michele Blasens of Brunswick, ME; grandchildren, Alex, Nicholas and Tony.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Private services were held for the family.
