Curtis J. Alridge

Curtis “Rice” J. Alridge, 43, of Fremont, OH passed away peacefully in his sleep at home on Wednesday, August 28, 2013. He was born on July 12, 1970 in Laurel, MS, the son of Curtis Ducksworth and Mary L. (Phillips) Alridge.

Curtis had previously worked for H.J. Heinz Company. He enjoyed cooking and spending time with family and friends, especially his children. Curtis loved his mother dearly.

Curtis is survived by his children, Jasmine, Khadija, Curtis and Travon Spears, Hazel Alridge; mother, Mary L. Alridge; siblings, William J. Alridge, Jr., David Alridge, Charlotte D. Alridge, Carolyn Morrisette and Lester Miller, Jr., all of Fremont, OH; one grandchild, Juelz Spears; special friend, Dorothy Keys and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his father; grandparents, Henry & Alice Willis and Cora W. & Allen Phillips; aunt, Shirley Thomas; brother; Luther Porter, Jr.

Visitation will be Thursday, September 5, 2013 from 1:00 pm
