Crystal L. Distel

Crystal L. Distel, 64, of Fremont, OH passed away at home, surrounded by her family, on Thursday, February 16, 2023.  She was born May 13, 1958 in Fremont, OH to Lamar W. and Marlene Dee (Trick) Overmyer.  She was a 1976 graduate of Fremont Ross High School.  Crystal worked at Sandco Industries and Co-Op Reality.  She was a member of Faith Lutheran Church.  Crystal enjoyed puzzles and reading.  She loved her grandchildren.  Everyone who met her loved her laugh. Crystal’s laugh will always be remembered.  She called everyone Lucy.

Crystal is survived by her children, Heather Holmes, Clyde, OH, Eric Holmes, Gibsonburg, OH and Justin Distel, Tiffin, OH; grandchildren, Gabriel, Aubrey and Ayden Sauseda, Jaxon Holmes and Thea Distel; great grandson, Ezekiel Sauseda; siblings, Gary (Bonnie) Overmyer and Lorna Overmyer both of Fremont, OH.

She is preceded in death by her parents.

There are no services at this time.
