Charles Andrew Smith “Chuck”

Charles “Chuck” Andrew Smith, 67, of Fremont, OH passed away at his home on Tuesday, August 3, 2021.  He was born on March 6, 1954 in Fremont to Charles and Dorothy (Ressler) Smith.   Chuck worked as an aide and in housekeeping at Countryside Continuing Care Center in Fremont for many years.   Chuck is survived by several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Dennis Smith and half-brother, Darell Crosser.

Celebration of Life Ceremony will take place on Friday, August 13, 2021; 4:00 p.m. at Fremont Baptist Church, 931 Everett Rd., Fremont, OH.
