Carolyn Sue Wyse

Carolyn Sue Wyse, 88, of Fremont, OH passed away on November 19, 2024 at Valley View Health Campus. She was born on July 4, 1936 in Wauseon, OH the daughter of Gerald and Wanita (Black) Young. Carolyn was a 1954 graduate of Archbold High School.

Carolyn was a homemaker and worked at Little Bar on the Prairie for twenty years. She enjoyed working in her yard, fishing and euchre. She also enjoyed spending time and playing Yahtzee with Christine Gottron. Carolyn loved her cat, Miss Kitty.

Carolyn is survived by her children, Daniel (Lisa) Wyse, Clyde and Debi (Mike) McCoy, Fremont; grandchildren, Shawn (Lindsay) Camp, Trisha Wyse, Lucas (Jamie) Wiles, Cody Lloyd and Brandi (AJ) Whisler; thirteen great grandchildren; brother, John Young and sister-in-law, Lois Young both of Archbold.

She is preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Diane Wyse; brother, Ben Young; sister-in-law, Marilyn Young and companion of twenty-five years, Charles Cantrell.

Carolyn’s wish was to have no services.

Memorials can be made in her honor to the Humane Society of Sandusky County.
