Carol Lynn Kashmer

Carol Lynn Kashmer, 61, of Fremont, OH passed away on Friday, September 9, 2022, at ProMedica Memorial Hospital.  She was born on September 21, 1960, in Fremont to Robert E. Vought and Rosalyn (Post) Jackson.  She was a 1978 graduate of Fremont Ross High School/Vanguard.  After High School Carol moved to Texas.  Carol worked at Woodbridge Corporation and then went on to work at Ventra.  She attended St. Ann Catholic Church.  She enjoyed dancing, working on puzzles and spending time with family and friends.  Carol loved her cat, Gizmo.  She was full of life and loved to make others happy.

Carol will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

Carol is survived by her siblings, Cherie Lunsford, Black Mountain, NC, Bud Jackson, Fremont, OH, Richard Jackson; nephews, Shane Lunsford, Jamie Gibson and Nathan Lunsford; several great nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; stepfather, Art Jackson; brothers, Robert Vought and Maynard Jackson.

A memorial service will take place on Saturday, September 24, 2022 beginning at 2:00 p.m. at First Presbyterian Church, 120 S. Park Ave, Fremont, OH 43420 with Pastor Dr. Julie Kling officiating.
