Carol A. Gammon Binkley, 76, of Fremont, OH passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 8, 2025, at Hospice of Northwest Ohio in Perrysburg, OH. She was born on October 27, 1948, in Fremont, OH to Walter and Mary Lou (Stout) Robitski. Carol was a proud graduate of Fremont Ross High School, where she was part of the class of 1966.

Carol found love and companionship with Bill Binkley, whom she married on her birthday, October 27, 2013, in Fremont, OH. She began her professional journey as a secretary at Fremont Memorial Hospital. Her career later transitioned when she took on the role of a physical therapy aid in Gibsonburg, OH, where she continued to make a significant impact on the lives of those she served. A dedicated member of the Fremont Nazarene Church, Carol was known for her unwavering faith and commitment to her community. She enjoyed sewing, baking, crafting, reading and brought smiles and warmth to those around her.

Carol is survived by her husband of twelve years, Bill Binkley, Fremont, OH; stepchildren, Greg and Melissa, her mother-in-law, Gladys Binkley, and numerous cousins and friends who will miss her dearly.

Carol was preceded in death by her parents, her first husband, Glenn Gammon, and her father-in-law, Glenn Binkley.

The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the Hospice of Northwest Ohio for the compassionate care and support provided to Carol during her final days. Their dedication and kindness will always be remembered and appreciated.

It was Carol's wish not to have any services, a testament to her humble and private nature.

Burial will take place at a later date at Greenlawn Memory Gardens in Clyde, OH.

In honor of Carol's life and her contributions to the community, memorials can be made to the Fremont Nazarene Church or to the Birchard Public Library.
