Bonnie J. Showman
Bonnie J. Showman, 65, of Clyde, OH passed away on July 8, 2023 at her home surrounded by her family. She was born on June 20, 1958 in Fremont, OH the daughter of Russel Eugene and Sandra (Jones) Strausbaugh. Bonnie married Ronald Showman, Jr. on July 10, 1982 at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Fremont, OH and he survives. Bonnie was a playground referee and crossing guard at Green Springs Elementary for many years. She loved to garden, crafting and attend flea markets.
Bonnie is survived by her husband, Ronald Showman, Jr., Clyde; daughters, Jennifer (Dan) Legron and Jill (Wes) Reed both of Green Springs, Amanda (Ryan Lundbohm) Showman Ogden, UT and grandchildren, Alyssa (Kevin Nickley) Perkins, Austin Reed and Brooke (Nathan) Strudthoff.
She is preceded in death by her parents and brother, Rick Strausbaugh.
A private graveside service took place at Green Springs Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers memorials can be made in her honor to Southern Care Hospice, 9501 US Hwy 250 N, Suite 2, Milan, OH 44846.
