Alice M. Ragen

Alice M. Ragen, 83, of Fremont, OH passed away on January 11, 2015 at her home. She was born on January 21, 1931 in Fremont, the daughter of Grover and Eula (Powers) Bixby. She was a 1949 graduate of Gibsonburg High School.

Alice married Donald Ragen on May 3, 1952 at Zion Lutheran Church in Gibsonburg and he preceded her in death on March 2, 1976. She worked at Ohio Lime as a secretary and was a homemaker after she married Donald. Alice enjoyed playing cards, garage saleing and traveling with her family.

Alice is survived by her children, Michael Ragen, Hessville, Patrick Ragen and Kathleen (Mark) Reineck both of Fremont, Daniel Ragen, Grand Canyon, AZ and Kelly (Jim) Kolhoff, Port Clinton; grandchildren, Danielle (Joey) Sanders, Kelsie Ragen, Michael Ragen II, Alex (Sarah) Reineck and Robert Reineck.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Donald Ragen; brother, Harold and sister, Virginia.

Private burial will take place at Oakwood Cemetery

A luncheon, fellowship and card party will be held on Saturday, January 17, 2015 at Noon at Quality Inn, 3422 N. State Route 53, Fremont, OH.
